DR2I
About the initiative
A working group of scholars, former regulators, and practitioners arguing that the dominant data-governance paradigm is simultaneously over-regulatory and under-protective, and that the path forward is responsible enablement, not restriction.
DR2I (the Data Regulation and Innovation Initiative) brings together founding members from Brazil, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. Its work is grounded in the Charter and elaborated in the policy paper currently in preparation.
